About the internship

Are you studying automation, property technology or a related field and looking for an LIA placement where you can develop your technical skills in practice?

As an LIA intern in Myrspoven’s Integration Team, you will learn how we connect, configure and commission building management systems in customer properties. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge develops.

What you will do

• Follow the Integration Team’s daily work with configuration, digital commissioning and troubleshooting

• Assist with basic configuration, documentation and testing under supervision

• Learn to work with Myrspoven’s tools, processes and communication protocols, including Modbus and BACnet

• Gain insight into real customer projects and building automation systems

• Contribute questions, ideas and new perspectives to the team

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is curious about building automation and eager to learn.

You are currently studying automation, property technology or a similar programme where LIA or APL is included. You have a genuine interest in technical systems, sensors and energy optimisation, and you are comfortable learning new digital tools.

Basic knowledge of networks, electronics or buildings is an advantage, but not a requirement. Most importantly, you are careful, responsible and willing to learn from experienced colleagues.

Practical information

The internship is based at Myrspoven’s office in Stockholm and is full-time in accordance with your programme’s LIA requirements. The internship period will be agreed together with you and your school.

If the placement works well for both sides, there may be an opportunity to continue with Myrspoven after completing your studies.
